This Vic Branch Advocacy Seminar explores the critical role of communication in advancing public health advocacy. Featuring two presentations from leading public health advocates and experts in policy and media engagement, the session will highlight practical strategies for influencing decision-makers, working with the media, and shaping public narratives. Attendees will also hear a brief update on the branch’s current advocacy campaign, including key achievements and immediate opportunities to get involved—such as amplifying messaging on social media and engaging directly with MPs and Ministers.
