ABOUT AEA MEMBERSHIP

The Australasian Epidemiological Association (AEA) is the professional organisation dedicated to excellence in epidemiological research, education, training and advocacy in the Australasian and Oceanic region.

Our membership fees cover the costs of the bulletin and other Benefits of Membership. The full AEA membership fee is AUD$110 annually, with a reduced rate for students, members in Pacific Island Countries (PIC) (not including NZ), and those with special circumstances (retired, low income/hardship) of AUD$60 annually. Fellow membership is by invitation only.

CONFERENCE WELCOME RECEPTION

The Welcome Reception is more than just the beginning of the conference; it also provides an opportunity to catch up with colleagues, meet new people, build connections, and discuss the day’s sessions. Held on the mezzanine level overlooking Hobart’s picturesque waterfront. Canapés will be provided, non-alcohol beverages will be served and alcohol beverages will be available from a cash bar.

Registration Changes 
Cancellations, transfers, and registration type changes must be requested in writing to events@phaa.net.au. 
Transfer of registration to another person is permitted at any time, however registrations cannot be used by more than one person. 
Changes from a face-to-face to Plenary Hub registration, and vice-versa, is permitted.
