An email will be sent to you following the completion of your conference registration, to sign up as a PHAA member.

If you membership is not completed within 7 days of completing your registration, your registration will be converted to the non-member price and you will be required to pay the full amount.

The 2025 Communicable Diseases & Immunisation Conference will be held face-to-face in Adelaide. Delegates can register to attend in Adelaide and have the full conference experience or register for the 'Plenary Hub' at a lower registration cost.

The plenary hub experience will include live streamed plenary sessions, written questions to keynote speakers through the live Q&A function, plenary session recordings available on demand for 3 months following the conference, delegate hub (ability to connect with other delegates) and Sponsor & exhibitor information. The plenary hub will not include concurrent session presentations, sponsor & exhibitor interaction and virtual networking sessions.

Face-to-face delegates will receive full access to the 'Plenary Hub' as part of their registration.

The Gala Conference Dinner & GSK Awards Presentation is a great opportunity to network with other conference delegates in a relaxed, social setting.

The cost for delegates to attend the Conference Networking Function is $85.00, which includes a two course sit-down dinner. Alcohol can be purchased at the cash bar (note: cashless venue). Zero alcohol beverages, juice and softs are included.

In registering for the Communicable Diseases & Immunisation Conference 2025, delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors agree to the following Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) terms and conditions:

Registration Changes

Cancellations, transfers, and registration type changes must be requested in writing to events@phaa.net.au.

Cancellations:

Up to 60 days prior to the event

100% refund

60-30 days prior to the event

50% refund

Within 30 days prior to the event

No refund available

 

Transfer of registration to another person is permitted at any time, however registrations cannot be used by more than one person. 

Changes from a face-to-face to Plenary Hub registration, and vice-versa, is permitted.
