Registration Options

The Preventive Mental Health Conference 2026 will be held face-to-face at the Novotel in Parramatta as a two-day conference with Plenary and Concurrent Sessions, Exhibition Booths and a Welcome Reception.

 

Registration options available for PMHC26 are Face to Face and Plenary Hub. 

  • Face to Face Registration will give you access to onsite live plenary and concurrent sessions.
  • Face to Face Delegates will also be able to attend the welcome reception and visit the exhibition space located at the venue.
  • The Plenary Hub Experience will include live streamed plenary sessions, written questions to keynote speakers through the live Q&A function, plenary session recordings available on demand for 3 months following the conference, delegate hub (ability to connect with other delegates) and Sponsor & Exhibitor information. 
  • The Plenary Hub will not include concurrent session live presentations and recordings, Sponsor & Exhibitor interaction and virtual networking sessions.
  • Face-to-face Delegates will also receive full access to the 'Plenary Hub' as part of their registration, which will enable them to access the plenary recordings for 3 months following the conference.

Conference Networking Function

The main conference networking function, our Welcome Reception, is a great chance to network, catch-up with friends, make new connections and discuss the day's sessions.

Cost:  One complimentary Welcome Reception ticket is included with all F2F PMHC26 Registrations. 
Additional Guest Tickets: Additional guest tickets are $60.00 inc. GST per person and must be pre-purchased.

Terms and Conditions

In registering for the Preventive Mental Health Conference 2026, delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors agree to the following Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) Terms and Conditions:​

Registration Changes

Cancellations, transfers, and registration type changes must be requested in writing to events@phaa.net.au.

Cancellations:​

  • Up to 60 days prior to the event: 100% refund
  • 60-30 days prior to the event: 50% refund
  • Within 30 days prior to the event: No refund available

If applicable, the above also applies to purchased conference dinner tickets.

Transfers and Changes:​

  • Transfer of registration to another person - including purchased conference dinner tickets if applicable - is permitted at any time, however registrations cannot be used by more than one person.
  • Changes from a face-to-face to Plenary Hub registration, and vice-versa, is permitted.
