Cancellations, transfers, and registration type changes must be requested in writing to events@phaa.net.au. Cancellations: Up to 60 days prior to the event 100% refund 60-30 days prior to the event 50% refund Within 30 days prior to the event No refund available Transfer of registration to another person is permitted at any time, however registrations cannot be used by more than one person.
