Presentations

Speakers will present live at the venue Face-to-face delegates to ask questions directly to the keynote speakers.

Are presenting authors required to pay for registration? 

All authors and delegates are required to pay for their own registration costs. Please refer to the registration page for full details on costs.

What if my abstract has been accepted and I cannot register?

To avoid this situation presenters will be requested to register ASAP on notification of acceptance of their abstract.

Registrations and Payment

How do I register?

To register for the Conference, click on the registration tab to be directed to the registration site. You must register and pay in order to attend the face-to-face event. Registrations are now open. Payment mode is by credit card only.

How do I get a tax invoice and a receipt for my payment?

Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent, with the tax invoice and receipt attached. If you don’t get that email, please check your spam folder, then email events@phaa.net.au.

Are there any bursary opportunities to help pay for registration?

Currently there are no specific bursary opportunities provided by the conference organising committee. However, delegates are advised to contact specific organisations for funding support that may be available.

What is included in the F2F registration fee?

We will be providing you with a one-day conference format consisting of live plenary sessions. Morning tea and lunch is included in the registration fee.

Is there an option for Virtual Attendance?

The 2025 SA Population Health Conference is an in-person event only.

​Do you offer group registration?

We do not offer group registrations for this event.

The conference has hit a capacity limit, can I still register for the wait list?

To join the waitlist, please email events@phaa.net.au. Available registrations will be offered based on a first come, first served order. If spaces open up, prompt payment is required to confirm this place, which may otherwise be offered to those next in line. 

 

Membership

I am not a member. How do I join?

Current members of PHAA/AHPA/AEA/AFPHM are eligible for reduced registration costs. To become a member please refer to the relevant organisation for further information.
